So what starts out looking like a regular reimagining or remake in the vein of Casshern Sins, Getter Robo Armageddon, or Shin Mazinger turn into a deconstruction of old 70s hero shows with the good and evil roles completely reversed from the original series. The colours can get somewhat whitewashed at times but this served as an interesting intro and didn't play its deconstruction cards right from the beginning so (unless you've read about it) you won't get spoiled about what's really happening until the end.

After the show is over, what happens? This show puts the heros of past as villians of the future. Interesting take on an old show with a new twist.
