The director of the OVAs returns to do the manga right without cutting alot stuff let out by the OVA. However, that doesn't mean that stuff hasn't been added. Alot of preamble as well as the trials and tribulations of Keichi before meeting Belldandy is in the first episode. Does his luck change, after meeting Belldandy?
