First off, this anime is definitely not for everyone. The animation style is very dark, with some very exaggerated facial expressions (mostly to convey that characters are crazy) and the plotline itself was very unconventional. | |||

I don't really care one way or the other about the concept, which is overshadowed by the sophisticated art style anyway. That being the case, it becomes relevant that the closeups of the girls' teeth and lips when they were being maniacal were pretty creepy. People tend to like that kind of thing or not (for me, not). | |||

Art direction is very forward, reminds me of Maria Holic-esque. Fan service was over the top, but that may just be experimentation to reel in audience however could also portray the lush and lustful side of gambling. All in all it will have to do much more to win me over as it seems like it may use a lot of ongoing plots and cliches. | |||

First off, this anime is definitely not for everyone. The animation style is very dark, with some very exaggerated facial expressions (mostly to convey that characters are crazy) and the plotline itself was very unconventional.
Again, not for everyone, but it was intriguing (if for no other reason, it is very different from other anime).
