The anime is based on the classical Chinese novel The Romance of the Three Kingdoms and is set in present-day China, where famous figures from history and the novel can be summoned using cards. The story centers on Son Shin, a high school student who hates studying China's Warring States period, and Shuu Yu, a female general from the Chinese state of Wu who has been revived in the present day.
L'anime est basé sur le roman classique chinois Le Roman des Trois Royaumes et est situé dans la Chine actuelle, où des personnages célèbres de l'histoire et le roman peuvent être convoqués en utilisant des cartes. L'histoire est centrée sur Son Shin, un élève du secondaire qui déteste étudier Warring States de la période de la Chine, et Shuu Yu, un général féminin de l'Etat chinois de Wu qui a été relancé à l'époque actuelle.

Trying to be a cross between Romancing the Three Kingdoms and Fate/Stay Night, it feels like more of a Chinese knockoff of one of the most beloved anime series of all time and fails. It would have done better if they ditched the splatter and hatching overlay that only annoys the viewer. It has it's cute warrior that is supposely a knockoff of Saber but lacks any of her charms. It's short which is you don't have to put up with it long. It's also too short to make sense of the plot if any.
