Kyoto is home to many districts where young women work as geisha: entertainers who perform traditional songs and dance. Kiyo Nozuki is a teenager living in a small manor where a group of maiko—apprentice geisha—reside. She has always admired the geisha and originally moved to Kyoto in hopes of becoming a maiko. However, Kiyo discovers that she is not cut out for the job. Not letting it upset her too much, she decides to help her troupe using her strongest suit instead—become a caterer and cook them delicious meals to support them in their everyday lives!

Kyoto abrite de nombreux quartiers où les jeunes femmes travaillent comme geisha: des artistes qui interprètent des chants et des danses traditionnels. Kiyo Nozuki est un adolescent vivant dans un petit manoir où réside un groupe de maiko - apprentie geisha. Elle a toujours admiré la geisha et a d'abord déménagé à Kyoto dans l'espoir de devenir maiko. Cependant, Kiyo découvre qu'elle n'est pas faite pour le travail. Ne la laissant pas trop bouleverser, elle décide plutôt d'aider sa troupe à utiliser son costume le plus solide - devenir traiteur et leur préparer de délicieux repas pour les soutenir dans leur vie de tous les jours!
