Senou Natsuru is a normal high school boy. One day he wakes up to find himself turned into a girl. A stuffed tiger "Harakiri Tora" comes to life and tells him to fight as a female psychic fighter "Kenpufer". Having no idea about what's going on, Natsuru is involved in the battles against other Kenpufers.

I like fan service and I love identity-switching stories (mind or body). So I enjoyed Kampfer, but I would have liked it even more with a bit of subtlety. (The story, not the fan service.)

A gender bender comedy that is truly bent. Wickedly funny. The characters can't get any further juxtapose of their alter egos and the real life characters. If they can, I shutter at what could be further and demented plushies which give Bleach's Kon and run for it's money. Not to mention taking pot shots at the voice actors in the show. Well worth the time wasted watching.
