Reviews

Varheter

"Interesting story line. Almost non-stop action for a first episode will definitely keep watching."

Heekun

"As expected from CLAMP. Nicely animated, beautifully de-formed characters. Uniquely designed mecha. Set in a world where an aggressive British Empire has conquered Japan."

humanbean

"a little blood-thirsty for my taste and the main villains too relentlessly villainous."

Michael Eh?

"Other than using Celtic legends CLAMP has manage to clone their own version of Gundam Seed."

Ultra Rob

"Whoa.. Now that was different.

So, Sunrise, the makers of pretty much every mecha series done for TV (and home of Gundam anime through their partnership with Bandai) decided to team up with CLAMP (or cramp, as I call them...) and produce something... different... for this year's mecha epic.

The end result was... Well, after watching the first episode, I'll honestly say I don't know what that was I just watched really. The best way to describe it is what would happen if you mixed Gundam with Utena and a liberal dose of V for Vendetta."

Doug

"To the degree that the bad guys set the tone, I didn't care for this. They're just too nasty and more importantly, one dimensional and the protagonist doesn't seem too sympathetic either."
