Vinland Saga
Thorfinn is son to one of the Viking's greatest warriors, but when his father is killed in battle by the mercenary leader Askeladd, he swears his intent to have revenge. Thorfinn joins Askeladd's group in order to challenge him to a duel, and ends up caught in the middle of a war for the crown of England.
Thorfinn est le fils de l'un des plus grands guerriers du Viking, mais lorsque son père est tué au combat par le leader mercenaire Askeladd, il jure de son intention de se venger. Thorfinn rejoint le groupe d'Askeladd afin de le défier en duel et finit par être pris au piège d'une guerre pour la couronne d'Angleterre.

Show has had some serious production value put into it; animation, color editing, writing, music, it's all there. Takes place after Leif "The Lucky"'s journey to the east coast of Canada (generally believed to be Labrador). This show deserves an unqualified recommendation.

Pretty good production values. Drama is pretty good. Story telling is solid. One of this season's gems and maybe the year.
